Nel Coloma Moya

As a former nurse with twenty years of experience Nel decided to pursue higher education to satisfy her passion for learning.  She went on to develop Modular Education and Learning (MEL) Nursing Review to help nurses understand the current culture and their future within the healthcare industry.  MEL Nursing Review is a product of Nel’s entrepreneurship and knowledge in adult education that aims to prepare nurses who are adaptable, critical thinkers and exhibit leadership qualities. Her insight into learning has created innovative technologies for the NCLEX and a new age approach to exam preparation.

Linda Disbrowe

Linda Disbrowe was a Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist at St Joseph’s Health Centre for 43 years. During that time she returned to school at George Brown College to receive First Class Honours in the Assaulted Women’s and Children’s Advocacy Programme. From here she provided 9 years of support to residents, by working in the Women’s Programme, Child and Youth and Legal at Interim Place Shelter in Mississauga. She has written previously for the Meadowvale world in the Business and Community Affairs, as well as having completed a General Writing Diploma from George Brown College. In addition, she has taken photography, various art courses at Sheridan, been a member of the Credit Valley Horticulture Society, Visual Art Mississauga and is an active outdoor enthusiast, who does practice meditation regularly.

Christelle Agboka

Christelle Agboka is a writer, editor, marketing professional and educator based in Toronto. A motto she loves is: “When you learn, teach. When you get, give” by Maya Angelou, and seeks out projects that will enable her to live this out.

Gill Wylie

Gill has over 20 years public policy experience in a wide range of roles in government including healthcare. She has expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and collaborative working, along with a burning interest in doing things differently to get better results.
Gill studied Commonwealth History at the University of Edinburgh. She went on to gain Postgraduate Diplomas in Marketing and Business Management. In 2015, she successfully completed Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s  (MIT’s) Ulab course on leading for change. She uses the Ulab framework and tools such as asset-based approaches, mindfulness, deep collaboration and listening in her work.
